New Mexico DWS certified payroll exports land at the pay-period level, the chip-style filter bar finishes rolling out across index lists, and the job overview page picks up a one-click copy-link button. Asset Tracker also gains a batch of new REST API endpoints for integrations. 🧾
WH-347 certified payroll exports now split back pay into its own revised report, the Pay Dashboard's compliance view reaches aggregate payroll pay periods, and Asset Tracker search gets a lot sharper. The chip-style filter bar — now with a built-in sort control — keeps rolling out, reaching Form Completions, compliance checklists, and task lists. 🧾
The scheduler beta stretches to the full width of your screen and picks up filters for departments and bench time, the chip-style filter bar reaches another batch of lists across the app, and the public API adds certification packages, production pricing, and payroll mappings. 📅
This release builds on last week's asset service schedules: your team now gets a heads-up when an item's service is coming due or overdue, and a product's schedule can be rolled out to all of its items at once. You can also set a preferred name that shows throughout the app, the job scheduler picks up in-place position editing, and the REST API gains two new resources for apprenticeship program employers and pay-schedule holidays. 🔔
Asset tracking gets the headline this release with recurring service schedules — keep maintenance and calibration on a cadence and see what's overdue at a glance. Time entry picks up upgrades too: jobs can require an asset on every entry in beta, and the bulk form gains search and asset tagging. The job scheduler rounds things out with drag-to-reassign. 🛠️
This release leans into PWA compliance: a new check catches underpaid cash fringe before payroll locks, federal apprenticeship ratios are computed more accurately, and pay summaries now name regional interest and damages by state. Alongside that, a beta rate-sheet manager, collapsible panes in the form inbox, a faster site search in OverSite, asset site types, and five new REST API resources. ⚖️
A wide release: one big new page (Compliance Requirements), a couple of broadly visible additions on time cards, OverSite map panels, and flexible past/future scheduling for rate and overtime rules.
A trim release: Asset Tracker Products move to a card grid with an activity history panel, the Sites management map picks up its remaining pieces, and the user hovercard gets a redesign with sharper permission scoping.
This release adds New York to the regional PWA lineup, surfaces failing compliance checks right on the time card list, rolls apprenticeship ratio status into time card day exports, and introduces vendors under the Asset Tracker. 🛠️
