Scheduling and field reporting lead this release. The Scheduler can now organize work by job, time exports carry federal labor details, and map and timekeeping pages gain quicker controls. The API can also create, update, and delete production completions.
New Mexico DWS certified payroll exports land at the pay-period level, the chip-style filter bar finishes rolling out across index lists, and the job overview page picks up a one-click copy-link button. Asset Tracker also gains a batch of new REST API endpoints for integrations. 🧾
WH-347 certified payroll exports now split back pay into its own revised report, the Pay Dashboard's compliance view reaches aggregate payroll pay periods, and Asset Tracker search gets a lot sharper. The chip-style filter bar — now with a built-in sort control — keeps rolling out, reaching Form Completions, compliance checklists, and task lists. 🧾
You'll notice this one right away: the filter bar on nearly every list page in DSPTCH has been rebuilt into a cleaner, chip-based layout. Underneath, apprenticeship compliance goes deeper — apprentice wage determinations can carry their own rate schedules, working supervisors can be left out of the ratio, and trades pick up a history page — while time-entry imports get more precise and a new Rippling payroll export lands. 🧰
Project wage determinations can now carry their own overtime rules — effective-dated, and inherited by the jobs that sync from them — and form approvals come out of beta for every company. This release also folds Illinois and New York penalties into your headline exposure total, adds federal overtime hours to the Rippling compliance export, brings wage-period alerts to apprentices, and lets production crews record the day work was actually performed.
You can now subscribe to changelog notifications so you never miss a release. Quantity-based production tracking expands in early access for solar and other unit-driven jobs, project wage determinations pick up rate rules, and the Project Overview exposure table uses smarter color coding.
A new Time Card PWA Cash Fringe Accuracy check joins the time card checklist, and the way cash fringe gets distributed across days and jobs on certified payroll exports is now better aligned with what each job and each payroll week actually planned to pay. Plus a friendlier Requirements page search, a Project apprenticeship penalty total that calculates at the project level, and a renamed Job Time tab.
This week brings a renamed project tab built around payroll currency, a new day-by-day apprenticeship-ratio breakdown, and a checklist summary right on the time card. Plus two new classifier columns on the Time Card Changes export for spotting late edits and pay-affecting changes at a glance.
This release lights up Production Tracking in early access — a new tab on jobs that lets managers set a priced schedule of work, watch completions roll in from the field, and slice the data interactively. Federal prevailing-wage projects and jobs pick up financial exposure dashboards, holiday incentive pay becomes visible across the time card, and a new Pay Rates section in Settings opens up named fringe-fund management.
