WH-347 certified payroll exports now carry apprenticeship level in the worker classification column, and Benefit Plans get a required category field that ties each plan's contributions to the right fringe line in the export.

πŸŽ“ Apprenticeship level in WH-347

Worker classification in WH-347 exports now includes the apprenticeship level for registered apprentices. Where the export previously listed "Apprentice" or "RA", it now shows the specific level β€” "Apprentice Level 1" in the standard format, or "RA (Level 1)" in the V2 format β€” for both aggregated and non-aggregated pay schedules.

The level is pulled directly from the wage period active during each pay period, so multi-level apprentices reflect the correct level for each export automatically.

πŸ—‚οΈ Benefit Plans: Benefit Category

Benefit Plans under Timekeeping β†’ Settings β†’ Benefit Plans now require a Benefit Category. The dropdown maps each plan to one of five fringe categories: Health and Welfare, Pension/Savings, Vacation and Holiday, Training, or Other.

The category appears on the plan list alongside the funded status, and it drives how contributions are allocated across fringe columns in WH-347 V2 exports β€” so the deduction breakdown in the export reflects the actual type of each benefit rather than rolling everything into a catch-all amount.

This field is required when creating or editing a plan. Existing plans will need to be updated with the appropriate category.

πŸ› οΈ Fixes

  • WH-347 fringe amounts for biweekly pay schedules now calculate correctly β€” fringe proportioning now uses only PWA-hour proportions rather than a combined base that was causing amounts to diverge from the PWA compliance export
