Better Position Management πŸ”β€‹

Finding the right people for the right jobs just got easier. We've completely revamped the Positions page with smarter search and filtering:

  • Search by name or payroll ID - No more endless scrolling to find who you're looking for
  • Improved filters - Quickly filter by position functions and workers with our new typeahead search
  • Cleaner interface - Better organized quick filters and sort options make navigation a breeze

PWA Backpay Visibility πŸ’°β€‹

Stay on top of prevailing wage compliance with new filters that help you identify issues before they become problems:

  • PWA Backpay Owed filter - Instantly see which time cards have outstanding PWA balance due

Time Card Backpay Status

  • Unsynced Actuals filter - Identify time cards that need to be synced with your payroll system

Time Card Synced Status

  • Visual warnings - Time cards now display clear indicators when they need attention

No more hunting through spreadsheets to track down compliance gaps!

Enhanced Time Card Reports πŸ“Šβ€‹

Your custom time card exports just got more powerful. We've added the columns you asked for:

  • Job Site Name - See exactly where the work was performed
  • State - Track work across state lines with ease
  • Hourly Rate details - Better visibility into pay rate sources and amounts

These additions make it easier to analyze your data and respond to audits or client requests.

Updated WH-347 Forms πŸ“„β€‹

We've switched to the official government WH-347 V2 format to better align with industry standards and your import workflows. The new layout includes:

  • Separate name fields - Last name, first name, and middle initial now have their own columns, matching the format most payroll systems use
  • Better wage determination handling - When you have more than 6 unique wage determinations, we'll automatically include them in the remarks section
  • Improved compatibility - This standard format works better with third-party timekeeping imports
