New Features & Improvements - November 11th, 2025
We're excited to share some powerful improvements to help you manage time cards, track prevailing wage compliance, and handle certified payrolls more effectively. Here's what's new:
π Expanded Time Card Day Detailsβ
You can now dive deeper into your time card information with our new expandable day view. When reviewing time cards, simply expand any day to see comprehensive details that make tracking and verification much easier.
What you'll see:
- Complete job and company information at a glance
- Site and asset details for better tracking
- Full breakdown of hours worked, including overtime
- Pay rates and total compensation (for admins)
- PWA obligations with detailed fringe benefit breakdowns
- Clear display of actuals versus fringe benefits
This enhanced view works great on both desktop and mobile, giving you the flexibility to review detailed time card information wherever you're working. Whether you're auditing for compliance or just need to verify specific entries, all the information you need is now just one click away.

π° Quick Filters for PWA Backpay and Payroll Syncβ
Managing prevailing wage compliance and payroll synchronization just got simpler with two new quick filters on the pay periods page:
PWA Backpay Owed - Instantly identify time cards where workers are owed additional prevailing wage compensation. This filter highlights all time cards with a positive PWA balance due, making it easy to ensure everyone gets paid what they're owed.
Unsynced Actuals - Quickly spot time cards that need to be synchronized with your payroll system. No more hunting through your pay periods to find what needs attention.
Both filters include clear visual warnings directly on the time cards themselves, so you'll never miss important items that need your attention. The time card layout has also been improved to display these warnings more prominently.

π Better Visibility in Certified Payroll Reportsβ
When exporting certified payroll reports by project, you now get complete transparency into which job pay periods are included and excluded. Instead of only seeing the count of included periods, you'll now see both totals, giving you a clearer picture of your reporting scope.
This improvement helps you verify that you're including the right data in your certified payroll submissions and makes it easier to track which jobs are part of each report.

These updates continue our commitment to making payroll management, time tracking, and prevailing wage compliance more transparent and efficient. As always, if you have questions or feedback about these new features, we'd love to hear from you! π
