New Features & Improvements - October 14th, 2025
Hey team! We've been hard at work shipping some powerful new features and improvements to make your workflow smoother. Here's what's landing in production.
Project Payment Tracking Just Got Easier 💰
We've added a brand new Sub-Contractor Pay Grid on your project pages. Head to any project and click the "Tabulate" button on the "Sub-Contractors" tab to see a comprehensive breakdown of all sub-contractor compliance related to that project. The grid intelligently groups by job and lets you drill down into the details—making it super easy to track who's getting paid what and when.

The best part? You can filter, sort, and group the data however you need it. Whether you're reconciling invoices or just keeping tabs on project costs, this new view has you covered.
Smarter Data Grids Throughout the Platform 📊
You know those moments when you're trying to filter or group data and some entries are blank? Yeah, we fixed that. Our data grids now handle null values properly, so you can filter and group by empty fields without any weird behavior. This applies across all grids in the platform—from time cards to compliance reports.
PWA Wage Determination Rate Management 📈
For those working with prevailing wage projects, we've built out a complete interface for managing custom wage determination rates. You can now:
- Add custom rate rules and modifiers to wage determinations
- Schedule rate changes for future dates
- Set termination dates for expiring rates
- See all rate versions and their effective periods in one place

The system automatically recalculates affected time entries when you make changes, ensuring your compliance tracking stays accurate without manual intervention.
Project Compliance Dashboard Polish ✨
The Project Compliance dashboard got some love this release with UI improvements that make it easier to navigate and understand your compliance status at a glance. We've added better sorting options (including sorting by balance due) and improved the overall layout to surface the most important information first.

That's it for this release! As always, if you have questions or feedback on any of these features, don't hesitate to reach out to the team.
