We're excited to share some powerful new features and improvements that make managing prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll exports even easier!

Project-Level Compliance Tracking ✨

You can now view compliance data at the project level! This new view gives you a bird's-eye perspective of PWA compliance across all jobs within a project, making it easier to spot issues and track outstanding balances across your entire project portfolio.

Project Compliance View

The new Projects Compliance view includes worker counts, pay period tracking, and easy navigation to drill down into specific project details. Filter by outstanding balance to quickly identify which projects need attention.

Projects Compliance Grid 📊

There's a new way to view PWA compliance data! Along with the project-level view, we've added a dedicated grid visualization to easily sort, filter, and group this data across projects with robust export functionality.

Project Compliance Grid

Grid Experience Improvements 🎨

We've refined the data grid experience across the board:

  • Better Date Formatting: Dates now display more consistently across all grids, with proper timezone handling
  • Cleaner Grid State Controls: The "Reset View" button has been relocated to a more intuitive spot in the grid state panel, and the form layout is cleaner
  • Improved Export Formatting: When you export grid data to Excel or CSV, values now format correctly (hours, currency, dates) instead of showing raw numbers
  • Enhanced State Management: Grid view states are now more reliable, with better URL encoding for special characters

Enhanced Certified Payroll Export Experience 📋

We've made significant improvements to how you export WH-347 reports from both the Pay Period page and Job Compliance pages:

Better Job Filtering

When exporting from a specific job's certified payroll page, the export now correctly shows only the workers and data relevant to that job. No more seeing extra jobs or workers that aren't related to what you're trying to export!

Smarter Worker Counts

Worker counts now accurately reflect only those who have actually worked PWA hours on the job, giving you cleaner data and more accurate previews before exporting.

Training Plan Support in WH-347 V2

We've added support for Unfunded Training Plans in WH-347 V2 exports. Now when workers have training annualizations without fixed fringe benefit plans, the export correctly shows the training plan details, making your fringe benefit breakdowns complete and transparent.

Behind the Scenes 🔧

We've also made several improvements to date parsing in imports (now handles more date formats from Excel), refined GraphQL types, and optimized how pay rates are calculated for better performance.
