Hey team! We've been busy shipping some exciting improvements to make your workflow smoother and more intuitive. Here's what's new:

Paystub Import - Now Live! 💰​

Managing paystubs just got a whole lot easier. You can now import both on-cycle and off-cycle paystubs directly into DSPTCH. This new feature streamlines your payroll process by allowing bulk imports with built-in validation to catch any issues before they become problems.

The import process is smart too - if you already have a payroll integration set up, the manual import options will be hidden to keep your interface clean and focused.

External Mapping for Paystub Imports 🗺️​

For those using paystub imports, we've expanded our external mapping capabilities. You can now create mappings between your imported data and DSPTCH's internal structure, making imports more accurate and reducing manual data cleanup.

Good Faith Effort Tracking for PWA Apprenticeships 🎓​

We've added a comprehensive Good Faith Effort Exceptions feature to help you document situations where apprenticeship requirements couldn't be fully met. Whether a program was unavailable or you experienced partial fulfillment of requests, you can now properly track and report these exceptions.

The new interface makes it easy to navigate between your apprenticeship data and good faith exceptions, keeping all your compliance documentation in one organized place.

Enhanced WH-347 Export Dashboard with Inclusion Filters 📊​

Ever wondered why certain users were excluded from your WH-347 exports? Wonder no more! We've added new quick filters that let you toggle between viewing included and excluded users. Plus, excluded time cards now display a helpful warning icon that explains exactly why they weren't included in the export.

Improved Job Filtering Experience 🔍​

Finding the right job just got more visual! Our jobs page now features enhanced typeahead filters that show:

  • Site types with icons
  • User profile pictures
  • Company logos
  • Better visual organization

This makes it much faster to identify and filter exactly what you're looking for without having to rely on text alone.

Legacy WH-347 Custom Filenames 📝​

Good news for teams using legacy WH-347 exports! You can now customize filenames even when your company is eligible for V2 exports. This gives you more control over your file organization while maintaining backward compatibility.
