Hey everyone! We've been busy making your DSPTCH experience even better. This release brings some exciting improvements to help you work more efficiently and get the information you need faster. Let's dive into what's new!

Enhanced Site Popups on the Map 🗺️​

We've completely revamped the site popup experience! When you click on a site in the map view, you'll now see a beautifully organized tabbed interface that puts all the information you need right at your fingertips:

  • Info Tab: Quick access to site addresses, metadata, and coordinates
  • Features Tab: See all active features with one-click navigation to any feature on the map
  • Contacts Tab: All your site contacts with their email and phone info in one place
  • Documents Tab: View site documents and links without hunting around
  • Jobs Tab: Get instant job statistics and see all associated jobs at a glance
  • Involved Entities Tab: NEW! See all companies associated with a site, neatly organized by their roles (contractor, owner, etc.) with company logos

The best part? You can now navigate directly to features from the popup, and we handle both point and area features seamlessly!

Excel Support for Pay Period Imports 📊​

Big news for all you spreadsheet lovers! You can now upload Excel files (.xlsx) directly for your pay period imports. No more converting to CSV first – just upload your Excel files for both Wage & Hour and time entry imports, and we'll handle the rest. We properly process all that Excel-specific formatting for dates, numbers, and text values, making your workflow smoother than ever.

Clearer Time Card Error Messages ⏰​

Nobody likes dealing with errors, but when they happen, at least they're easier to understand now! We've improved the UI for time card requirement errors with:

  • Better formatting and consistent sorting of time entries (sorted by start time)
  • Timecode names now clearly displayed in the subtitle
  • More intuitive error messages that actually tell you what needs fixing

Behind the scenes, we've made several optimizations to make these features faster and more responsive. You might not see these changes directly, but you'll definitely feel the difference in how snappy everything is!
