🎯 Holiday Management System​

Complete Holiday Configuration​

Pay schedules now include a dedicated Holidays tab that gives you complete control over your company's holiday calendar. This feature provides flexible options for managing both fixed and floating holidays.

The new holiday management system includes:

  • Fixed Date Holidays - Set holidays that occur on the same date each year (like July 4th)
  • Floating Holidays - Configure holidays relative to weekdays (like first Monday in September)
  • Overtime Eligibility - Mark holidays as overtime-eligible for enhanced pay calculations
  • Banking Holiday Options - Designate banking holidays for payroll processing considerations
  • Weekend Adjustments - Automatically move holidays to nearest weekday when they fall on weekends
  • Year-Based Organization - Holidays are organized by year for better visibility and management
  • Authorization Controls - Only admins and managers can manage holiday configurations

This comprehensive system ensures accurate payroll processing and helps maintain compliance with labor regulations across different jurisdictions.

💰 Federal PWA Cure Payments​

Specialized Cure Payment Management​

Federal PWA jobs now support dedicated cure payment tracking, providing the specialized functionality needed for complex compliance scenarios.

Cure Payment Management Interface (from PR 7666)

Features include:

  • Complete CRUD Interface - Create, edit, and manage cure payments with comprehensive form fields
  • Amount Tracking - Proper currency handling with company default currency fallback
  • Date Management - Track both payment dates and relevant compliance deadlines
  • Documentation Support - Upload and manage attestation documents for audit trails
  • PWA Integration - Seamlessly integrated into existing PWA navigation tabs
  • Financial Permissions - Restricted access ensures only authorized users can manage cure payments

This feature addresses specific federal PWA compliance requirements and provides the specialized tools needed for accurate cure payment documentation.

Smart Payment Status Warnings​

Added intelligent warnings when payment actuals haven't properly propagated to users on jobs, helping identify and resolve data synchronization issues quickly.

The warning system includes:

  • Visual Indicators - Clear warning icons when actuals are missing for specific users
  • Helpful Tooltips - Explanatory tooltips that clarify why warnings appear and how to resolve them
  • Contextual Alerts - Warnings only appear when other actuals are available, indicating a synchronization issue
  • Quick Identification - Helps project managers quickly spot and address payment calculation problems

💬 Improved System Notifications​

We've updated the system's flash message interface to provide clearer, more consistent feedback throughout the application.
