📋 Smart Compliance Monitoring​

New Automated Payroll Checks​

We've added two powerful new compliance checks that automatically monitor your payroll data to help catch potential issues before they become problems.

Payroll Actuals Presence Check - This check validates that payroll actuals have been synced after the pay date has passed, helping you catch sync delays or missing payroll runs from your payroll integration.

Gross Pay Accuracy Check - This validation ensures that actual gross pay from your payroll system meets or exceeds the expected gross pay calculated from time entries, helping detect potential underpayment issues.

Labor Rate Reference Integration​

Wage determinations can now be linked to reference labor rates, creating a powerful synchronization system that ensures rate accuracy across your organization.

  • Bidirectional Sync - Link wage determinations to reference labor rates for automatic updates
  • Smart Rate Updates - When reference labor rates change, all linked wage determinations update automatically

  • Flexible Control - Easily unlink wage determinations when manual adjustments are needed
  • Downstream Propagation - Rate changes automatically flow through to positions and time entries

Smart Timecode Rate Updates​

Time entries now automatically synchronize their rates when underlying job timecodes are updated, ensuring accuracy without manual intervention.

This enhancement provides:

  • Automatic Updates - Time entry rates on unlocked time cards update instantly when timecode rates change
  • Data Consistency - Eliminates discrepancies between job rates and time entry calculations
  • Reduced Manual Work - No need to manually update existing time entries after rate changes

💬 Enhanced Group Communication​

SMS Notifications for Group Comments​

Group members can now receive SMS notifications when new comments are posted to their groups, keeping teams connected even when they're away from the platform.
