We've been busy shipping some features that'll make your day-to-day a whole lot smoother. Here's what's landing in this release:

Sign Documents Right From Your Checklists ✍️​

No more jumping between systems to get documents signed. You can now sign documents directly within your checklists using our integrated e-signature workflow.

When you need to certify a document, just click "Sign Document" and you'll be guided through the signing process. Once complete, the certified version is automatically saved and tracked alongside the original. If you ever update or replace the source document, the system intelligently manages the certified copies.

New Time Card Pay Dashboard 💰​

We've added a dedicated Pay Dashboard accessible right from your time card. Instead of hunting around for your pay information, you can now tap "View Pay" and see all your paystubs in one place.

The dashboard cleanly displays your paystubs for each pay period, and if you're working across multiple pay schedules, they're all organized for easy access.

Compliance Check Reminders 🔔​

Staying on top of failed compliance checks just got easier. You can now send reminders directly to assignees when a check needs attention.

From any failed compliance check, you can remind all assignees at once or send a nudge to specific individuals. The system tracks when reminders were sent so you don't accidentally spam your team—the button disables after a reminder goes out.

Wage & Hour Quick Filters 📊​

The Wage & Hour Export now has preset view filters to help you zero in on what matters:

  • Ready For Export — Shows workers who have both recorded hours and pay data, so you know exactly who's ready for certified payroll submission
  • Most Recent Pay Period — Quickly filters to just the latest pay period, cutting through the noise when you're focused on current reporting
  • Wage & Hour Presets

Configurable Time Card Auto-Lock ⏰​

Admins can now configure when time cards automatically lock relative to the pay period. This setting lives in your Pay Period Configuration, giving you flexibility to match your internal payroll deadlines.

Set the lock interval that works for your workflow, and the system handles the rest—no more manually locking time cards or worrying about late edits sneaking through.
