We've shipped some exciting updates to make managing contacts, exporting certified payroll reports, and handling imports easier than ever.

Faster Job-Level Certified Payroll Exports ⚡​

Job-level certified payroll exports just got a major upgrade. Your WH-347 exports now run in the background, which means no more waiting around or dealing with timeout errors on large exports.

Job Certified Payroll Exports

When you kick off an export, you'll see a real-time status indicator showing whether it's generating, completed, or if there were any issues. Once it's ready, just download your files and keep moving.

We've also added a complete export history view, so you can easily access any previous exports without having to regenerate them. This brings job-level exports up to the same smooth experience you've had with project-level exports.

Enhanced Contacts Management 📇​

We've completely revamped the Contacts page to make finding and organizing your contacts smoother and more intuitive.

Company Dropdown

The company dropdown now features built-in search, making it easy to filter contacts even when you're managing dozens of companies. No more endless scrolling to find the right one!

Flexible Import Options​

We've introduced a new assisted import mode for select import types. When enabled for your import settings, you can upload files in any format without validation restrictions. Your upload goes to a pending status, and our team can process it from there. You'll also notice a handy copy button next to each import ID, making it easier to reference specific imports when working with support.
