We've been busy shipping some powerful new features to make your payroll and compliance workflows even smoother. Here's what's new:
Cross-Company Project Collaboration π€β
You can now invite external users from other companies to collaborate on specific projects! This is a game-changer for working with subcontractors, consultants, or partner organizations.
Here's how it works:
When you need to share project access with someone outside your company, simply search for them by email. If they're not already in the system, you can send them an invite right from the project page. They'll receive an email, and once they accept, they'll get instant access to the project and all its sub-jobs.

You can track who's been invited and whether they've accepted in the project overview, making it easy to manage external collaborators all in one place.
Improved Pay Schedule Setup β¨β
We've redesigned the pay schedule creation form to make it cleaner and more intuitive. Plus, there's a new option to enable aggregate time mode right when you're setting up your pay schedules.
This makes it easier to configure your payroll workflows from the start, especially if you're working with projects that need WH-347 certified payroll forms.
WH-347 PDF Import πβ
Speaking of certified payroll, you can now import WH-347 forms (both 2008 and 2025 versions) directly as PDFs during pay periods! No more manual data entry from paper forms.

Just upload your WH-347 PDFs from the pay period page, and the system will extract the data automatically. It works seamlessly with pay periods using aggregate time mode.
Enhanced Apprenticeship Tracking πβ
Project-Level Compliance Overviewβ
The apprenticeship labor hours table now includes an "Overall" row that shows your entire project's compliance status at a glance. The percentage displays in green when you're compliant and red when you need attention.

This makes it much easier to track whether your project is meeting apprenticeship requirements without having to calculate it manually.
Sub-Contractor Apprentice Backpayβ
For those tracking sub-contractor compliance, we've added a dedicated apprentice ratio backpay column to help you monitor and calculate backpay obligations when apprenticeship ratios aren't met.
