We're excited to share some powerful new certified payroll capabilities and workflow improvements that make managing prevailing wage work even smoother!

Enhanced Certified Payroll Export for Aggregate Pay Schedules ✨

We've completely revamped how WH-347 certified payroll forms work with imported pay data, bringing a much more streamlined experience for companies using aggregated payroll workflows.

What's improved:

Smarter Filtering 🎯
The WH-347 export dashboard now intelligently adapts based on your pay schedule configuration. When you're working with imported time & pay content, the filtering automatically adjusts to show you exactly which time cards have prevailing wage work and which don't - no more guesswork!

Better Export Accuracy
Exports from aggregate pay schedules now correctly calculate hours and pay based on your actual payroll data rather than individual time entries. This means your WH-347 forms will perfectly match your payroll system, making audits and compliance reviews much easier.

Backwards Compatible
Don't worry if you're using traditional (non-aggregated) pay schedules - everything works exactly as it did before. The improvements seamlessly support both workflows.

Pay Adjustments: Smarter Job Selection 🔧

We've made it easier to create prior period pay adjustments with intelligent form behavior that helps you avoid mistakes.

What's new:

Context-Aware Job Filtering
When you select a time card for a prior period adjustment, the job dropdown now automatically filters to show only jobs that are actually associated with that specific time card. No more scrolling through unrelated jobs!

Validation Protection
The system now validates that the job you select is actually part of the time card you're adjusting, preventing accidental mismatches that could cause payroll issues.
