Hey DSPTCH community! We've been hard at work delivering some exciting new features and improvements that will make your workforce management even more powerful. Let's dive into what's new in this release!

🏗️ OverSite - Real-time Site Check-in Tracking​

We're thrilled to introduce our new site check-in tracking feature! Now you can see which technicians are actively working at your sites in real-time.

What's New:​

  • Active Technicians Display: View all checked-in workers directly on the site details page
  • Real-time Location Updates: See current GPS locations for workers on-site
  • Last Known Location: Track when workers were last detected within site boundaries
  • Smart Map Markers: Visual indicators showing who's currently on-site vs. who has left

This feature helps you maintain better visibility over your workforce, improve safety compliance, and make more informed decisions about resource allocation.

We've introduced a brand new task management view that brings all your assignments together in one convenient location!

What's New:​

  • Unified Task View: Access all your assigned tasks from a single, dedicated page
  • Complete Task Visibility: See both form assignment tasks and job form assignment tasks in one place
  • Smart Organization: Tasks are automatically sorted by due date, so you know what needs attention first
  • Quick Navigation: Click through to task details directly from the list
  • Clean, Intuitive Interface: A streamlined design that makes managing your workload easier than ever

This new feature helps you stay on top of your responsibilities and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. No more hunting through different sections to find what's assigned to you – it's all right there! 📋

Managing compliance just got a whole lot easier! We've introduced a comprehensive system for organizing and accessing compliance resources.

  • Requirement Resources: Centralized repository for all compliance-related materials

Each resource includes:

  • Clear titles and descriptions for easy identification

  • Association with specific compliance requirements
  • Easy-to-browse interface for quick access

🏛️ Enhanced Prevailing Wage Act (PWA) Support​

For those working on PWA jobs, we've added dedicated functionality to help you manage these projects more effectively.

What's Included:​

  • PWA Job Details Page: Access all PWA-specific information in one place
  • Regional Field Requirements: Automatically adjusts required fields based on job region
  • Streamlined Navigation: Quick access to PWA details from the job overview

👥 Comprehensive Worker Information Management​

We've expanded our worker profile capabilities to support more comprehensive reporting and compliance needs.

New Data Fields:​

  • Demographic Information: Track sex, race, veteran status, and Hispanic origin (for EEO reporting)
  • Enhanced Privacy: SSN field for secure identification
  • Flexible Data Entry: Support for multiple race selections where applicable

These additions help you maintain compliance with federal reporting requirements while respecting worker privacy.

⏱️ Time Card Actuals Display (Beta)​

For companies enrolled in our beta program, we're introducing the ability to view actual time card data alongside standard entries. This feature provides better visibility into real vs. planned hours, helping you make more accurate payroll and project management decisions.

🎓 Apprenticeship Program Enhancements​

Managing apprenticeship programs is now clearer with the addition of program names alongside program numbers. This simple but powerful change makes it much easier to identify and manage multiple apprenticeship programs at a glance.

  • Better Error Handling: More informative error messages throughout the system
