We're excited to share some quality-of-life improvements that'll make navigating your payroll data smoother and more intuitive. This release focuses on helping you find what you need, faster.
A small round of PWA and apprenticeship fixes: required fields on the New Apprentice form now show their markers, cash in lieu of fringe displays as a single value in the worker pay row, and the job pay summary figures are more consistent across PWA job states.
The project subsidiaries view gets a CSV export, and the Penalties page sheds its backpay section — leaving it focused on the ratio and participation penalty calculations where it belongs.
Time cards on California PWA jobs pick up a new Regional compliance check for missing check numbers, and the Users list gets a filter overhaul with quick filters for pending and declined invites.
Job compliance checklists pick up two new automated checks for regional and IRA requirements, PWA compliance exports now run at the pay-period level with an interest column, and tasks gain a reminder bell that lets you nudge assignees without leaving the page.
PWA jobs get a dedicated Certified Payroll tab for exporting WH-347 forms, the pay view gets a cleaner actuals-first layout, task lists gain an Unscheduled status and a searchable company filter, and the apprenticeship labor hours grid picks up color-coded row formatting.
The apprenticeship compliance page on jobs picks up a detailed tabular data view, and form assignments now enforce at least one assignee at save time.
Illinois prevailing wage user-details forms gain Illinois Shines fields, the overtime breakdown on time cards picks up an unpaid-hours row, bulk user import goes live in the People area, and task filtering gets a meaningful upgrade. ⚙️
