Time cards on California PWA jobs pick up a new Regional compliance check for missing check numbers, and the Users list gets a filter overhaul with quick filters for pending and declined invites.

📋 Time card compliance: CA check number requirement

Time cards on California prevailing wage jobs now include a Regional compliance category alongside the existing checks. The check requires a check number to be recorded on the time card once the pay date has passed.

The category appears in the time card compliance panel and shows pass/fail status at a glance. Time cards without a Regional PWA job aren't affected — the check only surfaces where it's required.

👥 Users: pending and declined invite filters

The Users list in the People area picks up two new quick filters: Pending Invites and Declined Invites. These let you see at a glance which users haven't yet accepted their invitation or have declined it, without having to scroll through the full list.

The filter panel is also reorganized with collapsible sections, making it easier to find a specific filter when multiple are in use. Sort options have more descriptive labels throughout.

🛠️ Fixes

  • Job address search now correctly surfaces all address lookup results — previously, some results were being filtered out before they appeared in the dropdown
  • Time card bulk actions now show a processing state while the action runs, so the button doesn't appear to accept repeated clicks mid-submission
  • Users manager filter now correctly populates the typeahead with all valid company options, resolving a case where some companies were silently excluded from the list

As always, reach out if you have any questions.
