A small round of PWA and apprenticeship fixes: required fields on the New Apprentice form now show their markers, cash in lieu of fringe displays as a single value in the worker pay row, and the job pay summary figures are more consistent across PWA job states.

🛠️ Fixes​

  • New Apprentice form required fields (User, Status, Employer, Expected start date, Expected Completion Date, Wage Schedule) now display their red asterisk markers — previously they appeared optional even though saving without them would fail

  • PWA worker pay row now shows a single consolidated cash-in-lieu-of-fringe value — the higher of the federal or regional amounts — rather than two separate values side by side

  • PWA job pay summary now displays obligations, earnings, cash fringe, and balance due consistently across all job states, whether actuals data is present or not
