A small round of PWA and apprenticeship fixes: required fields on the New Apprentice form now show their markers, cash in lieu of fringe displays as a single value in the worker pay row, and the job pay summary figures are more consistent across PWA job states.
The project subsidiaries view gets a CSV export, and the Penalties page sheds its backpay section — leaving it focused on the ratio and participation penalty calculations where it belongs.
Time cards on California PWA jobs pick up a new Regional compliance check for missing check numbers, and the Users list gets a filter overhaul with quick filters for pending and declined invites.
