Your compliance checklist views just got a major upgrade! We've completely rebuilt the checklist interface to give you a more powerful and consistent experience across all your projects, jobs, and activities.
What's improved:
- Unified filtering and sorting - The same powerful filters and quick actions are now available whether you're viewing checklists for activities, jobs, projects, time cards, or users
- Smarter organization - Checklists are now organized with clear progress summaries, per-phase cards, and standardized tables that make it easy to see what needs attention
- Better prioritization - New SQL-based sorting by status, priority, due date, and phase helps you focus on what matters most
- Streamlined navigation - Consolidated views mean less clicking between different overview pages to get the full picture of your compliance status
The new interface brings together all the scattered checklist views into one cohesive experience, making compliance management much more intuitive.
Wide Format Paystub Imports 📊
Importing payroll data just got more flexible! We've added support for wide format paystub imports alongside our existing standard format.
New wide format allows you to:
- Upload with one row per employee - All pay elements are now columns instead of separate rows
- Handle larger datasets more efficiently - Perfect for bulk imports where you have many pay elements per employee
- Choose your preferred format - Switch between standard and wide format depending on how your data is structured
- Get clear format guidance - Updated templates and instructions help you understand which format works best for your needs
The system intelligently detects which import options are available based on your pay period configuration, so you'll only see the formats that make sense for your setup.
Enhanced Form Notifications 📧
Form submission notifications now include more context about who submitted forms, making it easier to track submissions and follow up when needed.
