New Features & Improvements - November 17th, 2025
We've been busy shipping some great improvements to help you manage your projects and payroll more efficiently. Here's what's new!
Improved Project-Level Certified Payroll Exports 📄
We've completely revamped how project-level certified payroll reports (WH-347) are generated, especially for projects with many jobs and pay periods. These exports now run in the background, which means no more timeouts or staring at loading screens!
When you request an export, you'll see the processing status in real-time. Once it's ready, you can download it right from the page. Even better, we now keep a full history of your previous exports, so you can easily re-download past certified payroll reports without having to regenerate them. This creates a handy audit trail and saves you time when you need to reference older submissions.
The interface will also clearly show you if an export succeeded or failed, and you'll always have access to your most recent successful export while a new one is processing.
Project Manager Assignments 👥
You can now assign project managers directly to your projects! This makes it easier to keep track of who's responsible for what and ensures everyone knows who to contact about project-specific questions.
When creating or editing a project, you'll see a new manager selection field where you can choose from managers in your company. The assigned managers will also be displayed prominently on the project overview page, making it easy to see who's leading each project at a glance.
Cleaner Form Data Display 📋
We've improved how forms display related data throughout the system. Instead of seeing cryptic technical IDs in form submission grids, you'll now see actual readable names and labels. This makes reviewing submitted forms much more intuitive and saves you from having to cross-reference IDs to figure out what was selected.
