The PWA obligation section on time entries now shows overtime hours and dollar amounts broken down by rate, and Illinois PWA jobs pick up a Public Body Address field.

πŸ›οΈ PWA obligation: overtime breakdown on time entries

When a time entry includes overtime, the Federal PWA Obligation and Regional PWA Obligation sections on the entry now show the overtime contribution directly β€” the multiplier, hours, and dollar amount (e.g. 1.5Γ— 6 hrs Β· $83.97) sit alongside the required wage and fringe rates. This makes it easier to see how overtime hours are factoring into each obligation without leaving the entry.

πŸ“ Illinois PWA jobs: public body address

The Illinois PWA Details section on a job now includes a Public Body Address field alongside the existing Project ID, Public Body Name, and Public Body Contact fields. Once saved, the address appears on the job's Illinois PWA Details card in the details view.

πŸ› οΈ Fixes

  • Job Pay summary cards now label federal and regional obligations distinctly β€” "Federal PWA Obligation", "Federal Expected Earnings", "Federal Cash in Lieu of Fringe", and "Federal Expected Outstanding" β€” so the federal and regional rows are unambiguous at a glance
  • PWA job pay totals calculate correctly across workers and pay periods, resolving a case where summed amounts could differ from the expected values

As always, reach out if you have any questions.
