Illinois prevailing wage work picks up two meaningful additions: wage determinations on Illinois jobs now capture fringe benefits by category and overtime adder rates, and the job's Illinois PWA detail fields expand with two more required reporting fields. The map's feature model search also gets richer results.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Illinois wage determinations: categorized fringe ratesโ€‹

For jobs with an Illinois regional wage determination, the fringe rate is now entered as five individual benefit categories instead of a single combined amount:

  • Health & Welfare Benefits
  • Retirement & Savings Benefits
  • Holiday & Paid Time Off Benefits
  • Training Fund Contributions
  • Other Benefits

All five are required when entering an Illinois wage determination, and each category displays on the wage determination detail view alongside the base wage rate. Federal wage determinations are unaffected.

The wage determination version history also picks up the individual categories โ€” so edits to any single benefit line show up as distinct changes rather than a single fringe-rate delta.

โฑ๏ธ Illinois wage determinations: overtime adder ratesโ€‹

Illinois regional wage determinations now include 1.5x Overtime Adder Rate and 2.0x Overtime Adder Rate fields. These let you record the overtime wage premium required on top of the base rate for hours worked at 1.5ร— and 2.0ร— overtime โ€” both display on the wage determination detail view alongside the categorized fringe lines.

๐Ÿ“‹ Illinois job PWA details: two new fieldsโ€‹

The Illinois PWA Details section on a job's Details tab gains two fields used in the Illinois Certified Transcript of Payroll:

  • Illinois DOL Contract Number โ€” the contract number assigned by the Illinois Department of Labor
  • Illinois Shines Project ID โ€” the project identifier for Illinois Shines reporting

Both fields join the existing DOL Project ID, Public Body, and address fields in the Illinois-specific section.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Map: feature model search with manufacturer and countโ€‹

The feature model search in the map's feature filter now shows more context for each result. Instead of just the model name, each dropdown option includes the manufacturer name and the number of active features using that model. The feature type icon and color carry over from the main map view, making it easier to confirm you're picking the right model before applying the filter.

Feature Filters panel open, showing the Model search dropdown with results like GE 2.82-127 (7305) by GE Vernova, GE 1.5-77 (3738) by GE Vernova, and SG3600UD-MV (2858) by Sungrow, each with a wind turbine or inverter icon

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Fixesโ€‹

  • Map Involved Entities filter โ€” the company dropdown now clears after selecting a company, and the filter no longer adds a ghost entry when opened without making a selection
  • Time card search โ€” the name or ID typeahead now returns results after a single character; previously it required three or more before showing any matches
  • Position rate on jobs with both federal and regional wage determinations โ€” the hourly rate now picks the higher of the two applicable rates when both are set; previously only one was considered
  • PWA interest on time cards โ€” interest now stops accruing on portions of an outstanding balance that have already been paid through a prior period adjustment, so the displayed interest matches the actual amount owed

As always, reach out if you have any questions.
