Hey everyone! We've shipped another great set of improvements focused on apprenticeship tracking, data visualization, and UI polish. Here's what's new to help you work more efficiently.

📈 Enhanced Apprenticeship Dashboard​

We've upgraded the apprenticeship tracking experience with several visual and data improvements. Namely, alphabetical sorting, better ratio tracking, and company logo usage.

Company Logos & Alphabetical Sorting​

Companies in the apprenticeship dashboard now display with their logos and are sorted alphabetically, making it much easier to find and identify specific employers at a glance.

Journeyworker-to-Apprentice Ratio Tracking​

You can now see journeyworker-to-apprentice ratios broken down by employer directly in the project apprenticeship dashboard chart. This gives you better insight into compliance patterns across different companies.

Faster Page Loading ⚡​

The apprenticeship dashboard now loads much faster thanks to lazy-loading improvements. You'll see content appear progressively rather than waiting for everything to load at once, with smooth skeleton loading states.

📋 Compliance & Documentation​

Document Certification Available for Everyone​

The document certification feature is now available to all users! This powerful workflow tool lets you officially certify documents within compliance checks by clicking a "Sign Now" button. Once certified, documents are clearly marked with a special green-bordered section and tracked throughout your compliance workflows.

This is especially useful for compliance checks that require document validation - you can now formally certify that uploaded documents meet requirements and easily track which documents have been officially approved. Certified documents remain visible in the document history with their certification status preserved. Compliance Document Certification

🎨 UI Polish​

Better Button Interactions​

Polished the CPR signing interface with improved button hover states and visual consistency. Buttons now have more intuitive hover effects that make interactions clearer.
