List timecodes
GET/api/v1/timecodes
List the company's timecodes — the work-type classifications that mark
tracked time as paid, overtime-eligible, billable, PWA-eligible, holiday,
PTO, or rest-and-recovery. Returned oldest first (ordered by creation time,
then id) and cursor-paginated; narrow with the filter[created_at] and
filter[updated_at] query parameters.
