Job Time Card Days

Per-job, per-day timekeeping rollups.

Each record is one worker's hours and pay for a single date on a single job, with weekly and pay-period cumulative variants of every total. This is the level at which aggregate-mode pay schedules store time — companies that do not record individual time entries should read daily hours and pay here rather than from Time Entries. Overtime minutes are nested objects keyed by rate multiplier (1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0); monetary amounts are integer-precision cents serialized as strings.
