Sites

Geographic sites — the physical locations on the DSPTCH map where work happens (wind farms, solar fields, battery stations, training hubs). Each site carries a site type, free-form metadata, and a GeoJSON geometry in WGS 84.

A company sees published sites (scoped_to_company_id is null), sites scoped to it, and sites it has claimed. Sites are soft-deleted by decommissioning, which closes the site's active window (active_time_end) — decommissioned sites remain readable for historical reporting.

Not to be confused with Assets Sites, the inventory storage locations used by the asset tracker.
