Rate Rules
Conditional rate adjustments layered on a Job Wage Determination's base wage and fringe.
A rate rule adds wage or fringe cents when its conditions match — time of day, day of week,
a specific date, apprentice progression, or overtime tier. Rules belong to a package that is
created automatically with the first rule on a determination, so callers work in terms of
the determination, not the package. Use these endpoints to list, read, and create rules;
effective_date controls when a new rule takes effect.
