Billing

PWA seat counts for billing reconciliation.

Each row is one month × project owned by your company: the number of distinct workers with PWA-tracked time (user_count) and the project's name. Counts derive from PWA-tracked time cards across the project and its descendants, attributed to the month of the pay period's start in the pay schedule's time zone. This is the same data the web app's billing CSV export produces.
