Programs

DOL-registered apprenticeship programs. A program is visible to the API key's company when the company sponsors it or is enrolled in it as an employer (linked through a program-employer record); the same visibility rule cascades to the program's occupations, wage schedules, and wage schedule periods.

Wage progression, hour allocations, and compliance rollups are managed in the web app.
