Compliance Check Assignments 📋​

Managing compliance just got a whole lot easier! You can now assign specific compliance checks to team members along with due dates. This means:

  • Clear ownership of who's responsible for each check
  • Better accountability and tracking
  • Easier delegation of compliance tasks

Timecode Quick Filters ⚡​

Finding the right timecodes is now lightning fast with our new quick filter options:

  • Billable/Non-billable: Quickly filter to see only billable or non-billable codes
  • Overtime Eligible: Find codes that qualify for overtime at a glance
  • Prevailing Wage: Filter for prevailing wage codes
  • Description Required: See which codes require additional descriptions

These filters are right at your fingertips, making timecode management a breeze!

Enhanced Map Experience 🗺️​

We've completely revamped our mapping capabilities to give you more control and better visualization options. The map now loads vastly faster with responsive loading of nationwide sites & features.

Job-Specific Map View Improvements​

We've revamped the individual job map to make it more powerful and user-friendly. This includes:

  • Form submissions tied to the job
  • Worker locations for that specific job
  • Time entries associated with the job

When viewing form submissions on the map, you'll now see helpful popup information showing submission details right on the map. No more digging through tables to find what you need!

This makes it super easy to get a bird's-eye view of everything happening on a particular project.

Company Operating Regions Selection 🌍​

We've added support for selecting the states & provinces that your company operates in. This allows DSPTCH to track complex region-specific requirements, such as state PWA programs.

Improved Pay Schedule Preview 📅​

We've refined the pay schedule preview to be more accurate and responsive. When setting up or modifying pay schedules, you'll get an instant, accurate preview of how your periods will look. This helps prevent any surprises down the road!

Visual Compliance Indicators 🚨​

We've added a new visual indicator in the pay period view that immediately shows if there are any failing compliance checks. Look for the warning icon - it's your early warning system for compliance issues that need attention!
