🌎 Regional PWA Management for Projects
Enhanced Project PWA Configuration
Projects now support regional prevailing wage settings, giving you granular control over PWA compliance across different geographic regions.

The new regional PWA features include:
- Regional PWA Mode Selection - Configure projects to follow specific regional prevailing wage requirements
- Region-Specific Settings - Apply different PWA rules based on project location
- Cleaner Project Forms - Updated layout matches our modernized job forms for consistency
- Improved Field Organization - PWA settings are now logically grouped for easier configuration
This enhancement is particularly valuable for companies managing multi-state projects with varying prevailing wage requirements across different regions.
📍 Powerful Site Check-In Grid
Comprehensive Check-In Management
Site check-ins now feature a powerful grid view that provides complete visibility into who's on site and when, with intelligent timezone handling and flexible filtering options.

The new grid system delivers:
- Flexible Viewing Options - View check-ins by site (all users) or by activity (users you manage)
- Browser Timezone Display - Times automatically display in your local timezone for clarity
- NERC Preset Filters - Quick access to NERC-specific check-ins with combinable presets
- Advanced Filtering - Layer multiple filters like "NERC check-ins for the last 7 days"
- Smart Timezone Handling - Automatically adjusts filtering based on your browser's timezone
Whether you're tracking compliance for NERC requirements or managing daily site attendance, this grid view provides the insights you need at a glance.
🎨 Modernized Position Management
Refreshed Position Form Interface
The position form has been completely refreshed to match our modern form design standards, making position management more intuitive and visually consistent.
Key improvements include:
- Modern Form Layout - Clean, organized interface matching our latest design standards
- Improved Field Grouping - Related fields are logically organized for faster data entry
- Better Visual Hierarchy - Important fields and sections are easier to identify
- Consistent Experience - Matches the look and feel of our updated job, user, and pay schedule forms
Smart PWA Field Handling
Position forms now intelligently handle PWA rate fields when multiple users are assigned, preventing data conflicts while maintaining compliance tracking.
The system now:
- Clears Rate Fields Automatically - When multiple users are assigned, PWA rate fields clear to prevent conflicts
- Maintains PWA Status - The "Is PWA" checkbox remains checked for continued compliance tracking
- Reduces Errors - Eliminates confusion around rate application for multi-user positions
💰 Intelligent Cash Fringe Rate Synchronization
Automatic Rate Updates
Cash fringe rates now automatically synchronize across positions and time entries when job-level PWA defaults change, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout your projects.
The synchronization system provides:
- Automatic Position Updates - When you toggle "Pay full cash fringe by default" on a job, all related positions update automatically
- Time Entry Synchronization - Time entries reflect updated position rates, maintaining accurate payroll calculations
- Background Processing - Updates happen seamlessly in the background without disrupting your workflow
- Smart Rate Detection - Only updates positions without custom rates, preserving your manual overrides
This enhancement eliminates the manual work of updating rates across multiple positions when job-level PWA settings change, ensuring your prevailing wage compliance stays accurate with minimal effort.
These improvements continue our focus on making prevailing wage compliance more manageable while providing powerful tools for site and position management. The new check-in grids will be especially valuable for companies with NERC compliance requirements, while the regional PWA controls give multi-state contractors the flexibility they need.
As always, our team is here to help if you have any questions about these new features!
