Fringe Benefit Plans
Employer fringe benefit plans configured on a pay schedule.
Each plan carries a name, a three-digit plan number (joined with the company's EIN to form the full plan number), whether the plan is funded, a benefit category mapping to a certified-payroll plan type (health & welfare, pension, vacation & holiday, training, all other), and the Illinois certified-payroll fund and administrator details required for non-jointly-managed plans. External maps reference these plans; a plan cannot be destroyed while external maps reference it.
