Prior Period Adjustments

Back-pay and retroactive payroll corrections recorded against a time card and tied to a paystub line item — e.g. an overpayment recovery or a retroactive increase from an hours or rate correction, or to satisfy PWA compliance.

Read-only here, scoped to the time card: each adjustment carries its signed amount_cents intent via adjustment_type (overpayment_recovery / retroactive_increase), a rationale, and the paystub line item it adjusts. Adjustments are authored in the web payroll-run flow.
