Employers
The companies authorized to employ apprentices in a program. The sponsor manages this roster — adding an employer authorizes that company to enroll apprentices in the program.
Each employer carries the require DSPTCH time card flag
(require_timecard_allocation): when set, the employer's apprentices must allocate their
apprenticeship hours from DSPTCH time cards rather than recording them standalone. Only
the program's sponsor company may add, change, or remove employers; an employer with
existing apprentices cannot be removed or reassigned to a different company.
