Hey everyone! We've shipped some nice improvements to help with wage compliance visibility and certified payroll reporting. Here's what's new in this release.

📊 Wage Determination Details in Time Entries

We've added wage determination information directly to time entry details for prevailing wage jobs. When you expand a time entry, you'll now see the applicable labor classification and wage rates right there in context.

Wage Determination Display

This includes links to the full wage determination details, standard hourly rates, and apprentice rates when applicable. Makes it much easier to verify the right rates are being applied without jumping between screens.

🔑 Payroll IDs Replace SSNs on WH-347 Reports

We've updated certified payroll reports (WH-347) to use employee payroll IDs instead of SSNs for the Worker Identifying Number column. This change eliminates the need to track down SSNs for each worker just to generate reports, while still meeting federal reporting requirements.

The reports will prioritize payroll IDs when available, making the whole process smoother and reducing those confusing "XXXX" placeholders you might have seen before.

💡 Clearer Position Rate Sync Descriptions

The position form now has improved descriptions for rate synchronization options, making it clearer how different rate settings work together.

Position Rate Sync

Small change, but these clearer labels should help avoid confusion when setting up position rates and understanding how they sync with prevailing wage requirements.

What's Next?

We're continuing to refine the prevailing wage and compliance features based on your feedback. Keep the suggestions coming!

As always, reach out to our support team if you have any questions about these updates.
