Apprenticeship Rate Rules ⚙️
You can now set up pay rate rules based on apprentice periods and hours worked. This means your apprenticeship wage schedules can apply automatically for complex rules — no more manual tracking or spreadsheet lookups. Just configure your setup following the applicable wage determination, project labor agreement, or other guidelines you follow, and DSPTCH will handle the rest.
Set rates by period: Define different rates for Period 1, Period 2, Period 3, etc. As apprentices advance through your program, their rates update automatically according to the specified cadence.
Set rates by hours worked: Configure rules based on cumulative hours. For example, one rate for 0-1,000 hours, another for 1,000-2,000 hours, and so on.
Combined with DSPTCH's advanced automatic wage progression tracking, this ensures apprentices are always paid correctly based on both their period and hours worked, all in real-time and with full transparency.

This works for any apprenticeship structure, from simple 4-period progressions to complex multi-tier programs. Set it up once and the system handles the rest.
