California eCPR exports gain the PWA fields needed to file with the California DIR, and a user's employment at a company can now carry a title — plus a round of fixes across certified payroll exports, time cards, and the OverSite map. 📊

📋 California eCPR: new PWA fields

To support electronic certified payroll filing with the California DIR, the Company PWA Details form picks up four new fields:

  • Contractor License Type (CSLB, Professional License, or Other) and Contractor License Number
  • Workers Compensation Policy Number
  • Fund Administration Rate and Fund Administration Basis

At the worker level, the User Information form picks up a Withholding Exemptions field — the number of California state tax exemptions the worker is claiming, captured per-user.

👷 Employment titles

Each user's employment at a company can now carry a title (e.g. Software Engineer, Field Lead, IT Manager). Titles render inline on the Users index — alongside the company name in parentheses — and also appear on the user's Employment Details card and edit form, so it's easy to record job titles next to the underlying role.

🛠️ Fixes

  • PWA Job Pay summary now shows a Balance Due card alongside the existing Obligation, Expected Earnings, Cash in Lieu of Fringe, Expected Outstanding, and Actual Earnings cards — surfacing the remaining prevailing wage obligation after payments and adjustments
  • WH-347 biweekly back-pay reports only in the week paid, not duplicated across both weeks of the pay period
  • Map popups load reliably again on assets and job sites; heatmap layers also render properly
  • Time card per diem creation no longer errors out when adding a per diem
  • Paystub → time card link resolves correctly from a paystub back to its originating time card

A focused round of California eCPR and employment improvements with a cluster of cross-domain fixes underneath. As always, reach out if you have any questions.
