We're excited to share this week's improvements to make your project management and payroll workflows even smoother!

New: Pay Periods Overview Page 💰

We've added a brand new Pay Periods page that gives you a comprehensive view of all your pay periods in one place. This was one of our most requested features, and we're thrilled to bring it to you!

What you can do:

  • View all pay periods at a glance - See status, dates, and balance due for every pay period
  • Filter by month and year - Quickly jump to the pay period you're looking for
  • Track outstanding balances - Instantly identify pay periods with balances due
  • Filter by status - Find open, closed, or specific pay period configurations
  • Quick filters - Use one-click filters to see exactly what you need

Pay Period Index

This new page makes it incredibly easy to manage payroll across multiple pay schedules and stay on top of your payment obligations.

Projects Page Redesign ✨

We've given the Projects page a fresh coat of paint with a completely revamped filtering experience. The new interface is cleaner, more consistent, and easier to use.

What's improved:

  • Streamlined filters - Find exactly what you're looking for faster with our reorganized filter panel
  • Better visual hierarchy - Key information stands out more clearly
  • Consistent design - The Projects page now matches the look and feel of the rest of the platform
  • Federal PWA filtering - New ability to filter projects by Federal PWA status

The new design makes it easier to navigate large project lists and quickly zero in on the projects that matter most to you.

Under the Hood Improvements

We've also been hard at work on several behind-the-scenes enhancements to make DSPTCH more reliable and accurate:

Data Grid Enhancements 📊

Fixed issues with filtering formatted numbers in data grids - now when you filter by hours in a column, the system correctly understands you're entering hours (not minutes).

That's it for this release! As always, we're constantly working to make DSPTCH better for you. Have feedback or suggestions? We'd love to hear from you!
